Men's Fellowship
Regular Gatherings
Bethlehem, Woongoolba Men's Fellowship
meet regularly for a Men's Breakfast on the second Saturday
of every month at 6:00am at the home of a regular member
of the congregation.
St. Peter's, Alberton Men's Fellowship
operates on the second Tuesday of the month, rotating
between homes, starting at 7:30pm.
The highlight of the year is the annual congregational
family camp hosted by the men in January of each year, an
event which has been going for ten years now. In recent years,
the site has been Camp Duckadang in the Brisbane Valley of
the Esk Shire. This year coming will be an exciting new destination,
yet to be released... so stay tuned for the announcement.

Banquets
Last year, 21st July 2007 St. Peter's, Alberton Men's Fellowship enjoyed another successful Men's DInner for the men of the district. There were 90 men in attendance that enjoyed a great night of entertainment and fellowship. This year Steve Davies from the Bible Society was our inspirational speaker, having just returned from Russia! The men raised $4285 on the night for the Bible Society in Australia (50%) and Lutheran Bible Translators (50%). A big thankyou to all men that attended!
Last year our men hosted the event on the 22nd July with the night being a great
success with approximately 80 men from throughout South-East Queensland
in attendance.
The
menu for the night included:
- Beer, wine, port
- Prawns
- A variety of home-style soups
- Roast dinner
- Dessert
- Coffee and mints
Added to the night was an auction
of local products.
We look forward to seeing you there!
